Hi all,

About to go full no-Google, but am missing one app alternative. This is URL Forwarder: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.daverix.urlforward

It allows users to share to it like a bookmarklet. Anyone know of something else that does this?

An example use case would be browsing in your Lemmy app and sharing the post URL to another webpage.

This is what I use and I almost forgot that I'm even using it until I saw this post.

Edit: It's on F-Droid but I don't know how to share the link directly to it on there.

Am I dumb or is there not a way to share a link directly from F-Droid?

I try the share button, but it tries to share the .apk file.

I use Droid-ify F-Droid does that indeed. Droid-ify is an overall nicer client to acces different repositories.

My share menu default to text with file based share as a secondary option.
