Meh, to late now, they already have all the information, all this will do is prevent competition.

Let's start by shutting theme down in Europe. What's more is that they can't respect GDPR so let them go away or just fine them into oblivion, including their clients (gdpr spirit)

Funny how Microsoft shared how strongly they respected the EU law

Even without considering this kind of harvesting. FISA, Patrioct ahd CLOUD act prevents any american company to respect GDPR, they should be banned since 2016 or crumbling under 4% of groth income

Is maybe Microsoft its own Company in the EU?

What matter is the software, when they sell software they are required to have a way to exfiltrate data. And even if they were a different company, they would still be "owned" by Microsoft US so this would mean data owned by Microsoft US so back again to FISA... They can't respect GDPR and we can kick them out, and it would be better than more customs.

Thats where I said that Data is stored in EU for EU users. Otherwise I cant imagine Microsoft being trusted in the slightest. (They are not trustworthy at all in my Opinion but schools and Parlament do)
