Because using AI for even the most trivial tasks to accomplish the same thing quicker and far worse quality is the latest thing.
I think it took like 10 minutes, 5 of which was loading the movie up and finding the right shot. How quickly does AI do it?
It depends on the service, but it's usually within a few seconds to a minute.
