I'm perfectly fine with hanging every living current or former US President for their many various war crimes.
Imagine how good the next president would be if he or she had to step over 5 or 6 corpses to get the job.
But have you considered the negative consequences of requiring the executive branch to avoid willfully committing war crimes? /sarcasm
