In windows it's pretty easy to change all the sounds it plays. You can do it manually from the advanced sound options area if you have the .WAVs you want to use, or you could simply download a pack with an installer that will do it for you. Though, this hasn't been a common thing since the early 2000's; it might be difficult locating such an installer these days.
