Order of the Stick is so good, and has such surprising emotional depth for a stick figure comic about D&D.
Just be aware that the updates are intermittent.

Will do, I'm on page 273, & I saw in the thousands on the archive!?! This is Questionable Content all over again Though I will admit, Order Of The Stick does start with a really good art style & sticks to it, whereas QC started off a little scuffed & evalved/improved over the years IMO (plz no kill, these are the opinions of a silly goose x^P )
Edit: while I'm here, you got any recommendations for more good webcomics? I'm finding I really enjoy the format(s) and am trying to gather a good collection

The only one I think is kind of close but on a whole different scale is girl genius! The artwork is top notch and the story is amazing. It's sometimes a bit too slow but still holds up after 15+ books.
