What's with "rule" being in titles? (lemm.ee)

I've noticed a lot of posts that have the word "rule" added to it even when it doesn't seem to make sense. Sometimes I've even seen titles with only the word "rule". Anyone know what it's about?

Yeah, I read the rule but I am still not understanding what the "leave" part means.

Leaving the 196 sub? Leaving what exactly?

It's mostly just a dumb fun thing I guess, noone takes it too seriously
