As the title suggests, what did you do to stay fit/healthy?

I’m struggling the most with sleep, to the point where it’s difficult to focus on work the following day.

I’ve never been very healthy or in shape, but feel like if I don’t start now it will be very difficult to manage in 10-15 years.

Would love some advice/guidance/motivation.

Once or twice a week, my daughter and I have dance parties. I’ll throw her around and spin her up in the air. Once a week I bike her to daycare in the morning. Evening walks with the family in the spring through fall, helps us all stay bonded, ya know? In the winter we were watching these kids exercise games on YouTube. Our favorite was the grinch one where you have to dodge the items that come on the screen, and sometimes hop on the couch to get away from avalanches. I’ve also started doing 20 burpees during bath time instead of always being on my phone.
