And they live in Oulu, which isn’t even as cosmopolitan as other areas like Helsinki or Turku, which have much more immigrants (quite a few being refugees from places like Somalia or West Asia/Middle East). Oulu is 93% Finnish by mother tongue.
One factor could be some widely reported violent crime in Oulu back in 2018
