My stomach is still being a real piece of work but I am stubborn… I want my health back.

From limited options and aiming to get more vitamin B12 I’ve invented dairy free “Doritos”.

Basically you thinly butter or marg a plain cracker and sprinkle it with nutritional yeast flakes.

It works for toast and probably popcorn but this is just how I like having it
