My kids homework computer dual boots a pirated LTSB copy of windows 10. It's got a 50gb partition. It also boots Mint because I like Cinnamon and Mint is pretty noob friendly for my kids and out of all the package managers I've used I remember the most APT commands so I use Debian.
The LTSB will get updates for a while yet, and hopefully by then my kids are fully off Windows.
