see my reply below for the case of Ireland. Spain appears to be somewhat better out of the two, though..

They did have Clary Daly blasting Israel in the European Parliament while wearing a tracksuit so that was hillarious. Spain is putting up significant resistance despite heavy lobbying from the rest of Europe.
