Land stolen from the Native Americans in almost all cases. (That's different from the other items in this list, which were produced or invented or traded.)

I would argue that apple pie was "stolen" since they have a whole phrase "as american as apple pie" when it isn't even american. It wasn't traded. It likely came with the brits et al, that colonised america. And since has become a staple of american culture.
