This weekend is my turn for my weekly board game club! Its just four of us, we rotate who's the game master each week and we meet on Saturdays. Game master gets to put forth the board game options, and then we vote on which to play. It's been really cool, and its been a great excuse to get some ridiculous board games. I'm probably going to put forth Nemesis, HoMM3, and Dead Cells this week, unless I come up with something better.
I think you should consider treating yourself this weekend, do something small and nice just for you. Even if it's just something like going out for a tasty lunch as an excuse to put on clothes and get out of the house!
Dead Cells for a board game? Is this similar to the video game?
Kind of! It plays totally different, but it's still a rogue like, and you still spend cells and unlock new blueprints for future runs and shit. It's more like a co-op puzzle out how to beat the encounter game than an action game though.
Wah! That's cool!
