Dreams are just a reflection of your past experiences, your memories, what you've been through.

Yeah, processing the day in dreams is very helpful to me. I see things from a different perspective and can deal with life better

My dreams are nothing like that. They are wacky and jump from scene to scene. I spend half my morning trying to figure them out. Of course I have a vivid imagination and it helps sometimes with my writing.
