Not on a theoretical level, but how would you practically have to pay costs, access specialist doctors?

It's a fantastic country isn't it. Strange that nobody wants to work there. Capitalism is such a failed system. It's great for the country though, specially if they can push people's emotional buttons and convince them to work really hard for some possible future goal that never happens.
