If I try to access the modlog, I just get "Server Error"

If you sort by one of the actions, you can get in. ~~Then you can sort by all actions~~. Or you can type a name after sorting by any action, ~~then sort by all actions~~.

Edit: actually, you can't sort by all x all. You can, however sort by an action, then search for a name, then sort by all and view all the actions related to that user.
