A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

When I go to work, I have to:

  • Pay for 50 minute public transport (4 euros)
  • Pay for lunch (12 euros)
  • Pay for 50 minute public transport back (4 euros).

So not only do I lose almost two hours sitting on public transport (an entire work day per week is completely lost on public transport!!) , I also get to pay 20 euros for the experience, while being constantly disturbed at the office and having no say about noise, smells or temperatures at the office.

It's honestly awful that we even consider going to offices like fucking drones still.
