You're doing sql injection wrong. It should be
because ' OR 1=1; DROP TABLE Employees; --Ah yes, the Bobby Tables approach.
He grew up and goes by Robert D. Tables nowadays.
That XKCD is getting pretty old. He may be balding and going by "Bob Tables" now.
