Lmao, agreed.
This was spur of the moment using left over chilli from a few days ago. If I made the chilli for this purpose, I would have gotten rid of the beans and zucchini, added a lot more peppers for heat, and reduced it alot more.

I've heard from a reliable source that the trick to an incredible chili is to undercook the onions
Hey good on you! Gotta repurpose those leftovers however you can. FYI - I thought they looked delicious sans beans.
