Just be careful how often! Tuna can be dangerous if eaten too often because of heavy metals that have accumulated through biomagnification. Also, your cat has less mass than a human, so a smaller amount could be more dangerous to your cat than to us.
We don't actually give them the Tuna, just the water in the can. I assume the mercury content in there is lower than in the meat. We don't have tuna too often either due to the mercury. Probably at most once a week.
