As requested, the burger in focus. And apparently a frikandel?? It was 2016 so I forgot what the whole dish was I made. Because my other picture is almost unbelievably good, this one will disappoint I'm sure. As stated in my OP, the burger was delicious though.
Since then, I started adding mustard and raw red onion to all my hamburgers, a cheap flavour combo that sort of unlocks a third flavour (1+1=3 in this case). Anyone else here have something they HAVE to have on their homemade hamburger?
