I'm looking for a website to host a spreadsheet for book recommendations. Ideally something where I could add people as approved editors but is good for privacy (so no Google). Any good options out there?

A service that provides multi-authorship will be one that stores all of your data and probably tries to sell things about it.

If you need exactly that thing but want privacy, you'll need to host your own service like nocodb or something and learn about how to make it secure.

The best privacy is to never put it online at all.
