The disgusting but is that, as far as I can tell, Swift is a genuinely decent person. She's stayed out of controversy and politics and bullshit.
So encouraging her fans to vote put a target on her? Fucking disgusting. The press should hound these people, make them say out loud what issue they have with her, arguably patriotic, statement.
She has never said who to vote for either. Just keeps saying 'vote'.
And, apparently, there is a pretty big measurable jump in registrationevery time she puts out a message about it.
Getting people to participate in democracy is biased against Republicans, duh!
