Usually I fail at the final flip and end up just turning it into scrambled eggs. Not today!

Ha, ha, that’s awesome! I know both the feeling of cooking success and failure. Good for you, my dude!

Now, if someone can just teach me how I can make crispy style hash browns that don’t end up being somehow burnt and mushy at the same time!!
