No she doesn't, but her base is ignorant enough to see that as a line they aren't willing to cross, and she's not against pandering.

She represents morons who would be entirely disenfranchised if it weren't for their providing a voice to billionaires, and allowing the left a way to progress as slowly as possible towards their goals.
