I mean, where does the carbon monoxide on roads go anyway? I can ban petrol cars too I suppose.
The shade thing I don't really mind, shaded soil for part of the day is better than none whatsoever. Especially for wildlife.
It's probably a bad idea but it's a pretty interesting one nonetheless. I'm definitely tempted.
Oh its definitely interesting, and its definitely technically feasible. Just like draining the Mediterranean sea is.
Draining the mediterranean is obviously bad. This is workable but would cause all kinds of mistakes until a whole new school of design developed.
