there was a subreddit called like emojipolice or sth
they would literally just go around rping as cops whenever ppl used emojis and yelling about Instagram normies n shit

looked it up earlier, they started like 5 years ago, apparently they did shut down the subreddit but only like 2 months ago lol
There's a lot of those weird subs, like r/thathappened and one were people just shared posts of screenshots from phones with low charge?
