For those who find this post later; biblio seems pretty solid besides being a non-worker owned business. It is what it is, we live in a society. They are certified as a "living wage business" and use a triple bottom line business structure which seems better than most at least. (Uncertain as to exactly how much these benefit their workers but it seems good)
They are partnered with the indigenous literacy foundation (you can round up, they don't donate themselves ๐) and HAD a non profit that built libraries in bolivia which is pretty cool.
Its certainly better than amazon so i'll take what i can get
