You should be skeptical of the assertion that the Biden administration is impotent to stop Israel in its campaign against the Palestinian people. The office of the US presidency has laws, powers, and policies available at its disposable enumerated by the budget, existing federal law, and the constitution to determine foreign policy without input or obstruction by Congress.
