Lemon, ginger + honey tea (or something with a mixture with like tumeric and stuff), some mint teas, and paracetamol/ibuprofen preferably with some kind of decongestant. Bonus points if you make a honey lemon honey tea with some liquor mixed in.

Liquor though?!? Wouldn't that make my body more vulnerable to sickness?

Eh just a small amount will actually help sinuses (hot steam from the tea) and it's antibacterial so it clears your throat for a bit

You can do both of those without alcohol and if you're sick should! No alcohol for sickos

Obviously don't drink a lot, but I've never had a problem. I think the english call it a toddy or some silly name? It seems everywhere has a variation of it.
