No, no you can't. Really you can't.
If it was that easy there would be a lot of happy growers who don't have to worry about Minimum Residue Limits aka MRL's. These are tested constantly and any grower that violates them can have their entire production rejected. This is especially true for products shipped internationally.
Unlike in the 70's and 80's, applying pesticides correctly is a very big deal with food for human consumption.
Today the nastiest shit is mostly on crops grown for feed where the restrictions are less.
Yes you can. A Google search is only a Google away. (It's not 100.00% but it's a lot.)
*Minimum amounts are still there because it's not reasonable to demand every person, restaurant, fast food place, and food processor to soak produce. But if you as an individual want to do more, you can use baking soda. That's why it's a PSA.
