He has previously warned of problems if things go wrong for him, writing on social media last year, before he faced any of his four criminal indictments, that "false" charges against him would bring "potential death & destruction." (He denies all wrongdoing.)"
How is a statement like this not a crime in and of itself? Given his position and his foaming at the mouth supporters, saying something like this is exactly what leads to his psycho fan base to do with they did on January 6th.
He's been doing stochastic terrorism for years. The lack of consequences for it have been... disappointing.
