Orthanc the black, impenetrable tower of Isengard built by the Dúnedain and Minas Morgul- once a fortress of Gondor, initially called Minas Ithil or Tower of the Moon.
Obvs
I always found it funny there was at least 5 towers in those books that play an important role (Orthanc, Minas Tirith, Minas Morgul, Cirith Ungol and Barad-Dur) and he's just like "Err it's those two" (gestures to Orthanc and Minas Morgul)
Clearly, the two towers represent the two sides of the great struggle between good and evil - Minas Tirith of Gondor and Barad Dur of Mordor.
(Unironically tho it's Orthanc and Barad Dur)
