they won't have a chance to pull on you before they get a wet sweatshirt, just remember "you were afraid they were going to point it at you."

It means shoot first and claim self-defense like conservatives always do.

I think the "wet sweatshirt" is referring to blood leaking from a wound from the good guy shooting the bad guy before the bad guy could shoot the good guy.
