Those are not really runes, they include Cyrillic characters in runic style. I see the words "v sedemiy den maya" (on the 7th day of May) and "kopim" (with a spear).

i also don't think runestones have artwork like this on them? like fuckin have fun carving that with a chisel.. and the paint would last approximately 2 hours painted onto a rock in nordic weather.

Certainly i've never seen a runestone with artwork on it and i live in sweden, hell they don't even have that much text, it's like the ancient equivalent of graffiti tags.

I was not suggesting anything else about the stone would fool anyone. Just don't bother trying to decode them if you expect standard runes.
