Don't remember what its called but its in season 4 or 5 of tng where
a
hidden observation station on a planet explodes and some guy sees it and starts thinking the federation people are gods from a dead religion, the enterprise tries to fix things but just makes the religion spread more. Picard comes down and gets shot by an arrow to prove to them he can die and isn't a god"Who Watches the Watchers", season 3.
