What is that emote and what does it mean?
(Also we have so many emotes on this site and itβs amazing, but I wish I knew them all or could reverse search to see the tags because sometimes I feel like Iβm missing out on jokes that I donβt understand)

the actual source and meaning of the emote is this exact moment of Max0r's Metal Gear Rising summary video
as in, usually the emote would be referencing this in asking for a source.
in this instance, moondog is using it because The Patriots exist in Metal Gear lore as explained
(this is also one of the funniest youtube videos of all time to me, i giggle everytime)
