There's a painted bike lane / bicycle gutter that passes through an industrial area in my city. The municipality does a great job at clearing the street of debris with street sweepers, shoving all the debris into the bike lane ๐
Like a third of all the flats I've ever had are on that little patch of road that I don't even go through that often.
This is probably why I'm totally fine with the weight penalty from using Schwalbe Marathon tires. We don't have a major nail problem where I ride, but loads of idiots who like to shatter glass bottles anywhere they please.
