Citrus soda is lemonade in certain parts of the world. Australia for example.
What is the word in such places for the non-soda drink?
doesn't exist.
a true tragedy.
closest they get is cordial. flavored sugar syrup concentrate, add to water at a 1:7 to 1:9 ratio to make a drink.
Similar to those frozen cans of lemonade you add to a big jug of water, but not.
Decarbonated citrus soda.
still lemonade. maybe 'homemade' or 'traditional' lemonade. but more often 'lemonade lemonade'
