This is for strictly mildly interesting material. If it's too interesting, it doesn't belong. If it's not interesting, it doesn't belong.
This is obviously an objective criteria, so the mods are always right. Or maybe mildly right? Ahh.. what do we know?

I was about two make a whole lecture about percentage points but it just so happens it actually is ~6% less in this case.
It's like when you want to make an unexpected factorial joke but they said 2! or 1!
