So, how bad would it be if Biden took up on this claim and assassinated Trump using these supposed laws?

Would the laws be counted as illegal, and Biden sent to jail?

Do you think you Americans would get a non-geriatric candidate to vote on?

He would probably be impeached and removed, also barred from office.
Whoever actually pulled the trigger/killed Trump is likely facing murder charges.
Biden may be immune for the order criminally.

Not a chance. The SCOTUS decides what is and isn't "official," and 6 of them would determine that this was "not official."
