opening a jpeg sure requires a lot of skill.

It's a good thing that it's not a jpeg then. So looks like you're opening a JPEG of a GIFV/MP4 file.

Dunno how you're managing that - but...skill issue. Because everyone else seems to be seeing the GIFV/MP4.
