Fuck, that's really awful, sorry this happened to you. Like, this shit is patient abandonment. It really should be illegal to kick people off maintenance opioids without VERY good reason. Bupe withdrawals are torturous, often worse than the withdrawals you get from full agonists because they last so long. That kind of reckless abandon with people's treatment can easily result in relapse and fatal overdose.

Right I could understand if she had evidence I was not taking my medication and selling it on the streets. That's fair, I relapsed once even and the previous nurse just kind of warned me we would have to look at another route, if it kept happening.

She didn't fucking cut me off cold turkey though.

Thinking about it, I still get pissed off. Nothing I can do now though.

Basically it's why I take kratom now. To keep opioid cravings at bay, because the nurse at the local health center did that to me.
