I would caution, pitbulls are exceptionally strong and have a tendency to not know their own strength and play rough. I do feel if you're gonna get one you have a duty to train it well because it can injury people, even without misbehaving.
Yes totally, when I said they're not inherently violent it's not that they're not dangerous it's that they aren't more genetically predisposed to aggressivity than any other breed
