The US, under Biden, negociated the lifting of sactions from Venezuela, by forcing Venezuela to accept that Biden would mass deport a bunch of Venezuelans back to the Venezuela. The US even was going pay for Venezuela's upgrade of their Oil Extraction equipment, besides releasing a bunch of Venezuelans who were kidnapped by the CIA.
Most of the mainstream Western media simply ignored that, and said that Venezuelans were returning because the economy in Venezuela improved (which is true due to Maduro doing trade with Iran, China and Russia. And because the EU and US lifted their sanctions), but they didn't state why the economy improved.
