How did you all get on at your prereleases?

Looks to be a synergy set as despite opening Lumara, Maha, and almost one of each of the reanination spells in the set I went 2:1. =ł ah well.

Matched up against a fun deck blinking Head of the Homestead with the token class enchantment. Luckily it doesn't do well against Vren the Relentless.
On the other hand it turns out that Azure Beastbinder is a top tier threat, and synergy can beat power.

Still I can't complain about opening chase cards. What about all of you? Any fun interactions or moments from your prerelease?

@MysticKetchup @Semjaza 2HG is awesome, but random partner is definitely a mixed bag, you never know how it is going to go.

Hopefully not paired up with someone that is anal about ending the day with perfectly equal value split of the cards that were opened.

Wow I've never run into that. I've just assumed everybody would keep whatever they opened. I've even lucked out twice with partners who are really only interested in limited and will only keep the cards they can immediately flip for another draft

@MysticKetchup um, 2hg is one card pool for the team, you don't really on open cards individually.

In all the ones I've done we each opened our own prerelease kit and then loaned each other whatever cards we needed for our decks. But that's just my experience 🤷‍♂️

@MysticKetchup I've always cracked into one pool and built from there. But then the bulk I've done were pre prerelease kits.
