As much as I love open source, I am not too keen of implementing open source solution to this use case, since it is for my work, so in case it breaks, I'd much rather call their support instead of having to maintain it myself, since I already have too many duties. It is for 24/7 helpdesk support so it is something that just has to work. I'll look into rustdesk for personal use tho.

Seems like number of computers you can have unattended access is really low, if I am reading this correctly. I would need something between 1500-2000 machines with unattended access.
