China needs to kill a billion of its people. It's not fair. 
anyone have a link to h clinton saying more or less the same thing? it was a short clip and she said "china's not fair, china's not playing by the rules" or along those lines

The USA should have given every country nukes post 1945 to ensure that everyone would play by the same rules 
they almost did, but the soviets talked Ike out of "atoms for peace"
But this is exactly what capital asked for and demanded of the working people of the world. This is the development of the world imperialist system according to its own logic. Due to the incredible waste bound up by the first world minority and their lack of relative productivity, Western industry is becoming uncompetitive. Thus, the working majority of the third world is being asked to do/pay more to achieve what capital in the first world, with global financial, economic and political support, has failed to achieve. And China has done so, delivered and achieved what capital in the first world could not. And now capital wants to "punish" China for doing what they explicitly asked of them! It's ridiculous.
