The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) released drone footage that it said showed armed "terrorists roaming and shooting" next to marked UN vehicles at the facility in eastern Rafah on Saturday.

She stressed that UN staff had evacuated the compound prior to Saturday, leaving behind some vehicles and food aid. She said under no circumstances should anyone have or use weapons in a UN facility.

A review commissioned by the UN said Israel had not provided evidence to back up the claim, but it found that Unrwa should improve its neutrality, staff vetting and transparency.

So unlike the IDF, they waited until aid workers' lives weren't at risk before going in with their guns?

This is almost as good as that time the IDF released a drone video of a "Hamas soldier" walking in front of a hospital with an RPG... at a time the IDF had the hospital surrounded with tanks and soldiers...

Maybe they could consider showing us the "Hamas" video before the IDF shoots the place up.

The only way you can improve your neutrality is if you weren't fully neutral in the first place.

Anyone able to provide a link to the original review. Curious about on what level the UN Commission concluded UNRWA not being fully neutral, had flaws in staff vetting and not being fully transparent.
